All prices are inclusive of collection and delivery within a 30 mile radius of Hastings. If collection/delivery is further afield, please contact Suddy Rugs to discuss your requirements and whether we can help, we work closely with other locational Equestrian Laundries and can possibly connect you with another if we cannot help.

Payments are taken on collection (for all Wash and Re-proof items), or before items are returned (for repairs that are not able to be priced until identified), by cash, or bank transfer (no credit can be given). Payment by Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay is also available.

If delivered/collected in person; rugs should be paid for on delivery and any additional charges, paid on collection.

Rugs should be collected within 7 days of completion.

A storage charge of £5.00 per item, per week will be incurred thereafter. Storage will be for a maximum of 3 weeks and if no payment received, Suddy Rugs reserves the right to sell all items to recoup costs.

Do you have old rugs that are tatty, need repairing and are not cost effective to service? Why not donate them to Suddy Rugs, We will repair them and make them reusable. Once done, we will donate them to a Horse Charity for their use.

We can guarantee that in the unlikely event your horse rug is lost or damaged by us we will provide a like-for-like replacement as long as it is proven that loss or damage has been caused by Suddy Rugs.

We will always photograph your rug after its wash, and on delivery.

Should you be unhappy with our services we guarantee to work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Wash, Dry & Reproofing

The reason for the increase in prices for rugs over 300g is that they require at least 2 washes to ensure that they are sufficiently cleaned due to their heaviness and bulky weight.

Repairs **

**All rugs that require repairs must be cleaned first. Dirty rugs will not be worked on, although, this will be at Suddy Rugs discretion.
